Auto Enroll Features
With Auto Enroll, your Network Sponsor creates a campaign of promotions for a set period of time. Then, they offer you the opportunity to participate in these promotions. Once you sign up, you can take part in all of these promotions – or just the ones you want to – with the opt out option. You can then set up the information that you want to provide for the Auto Enroll Program using our online application.
- Step 1
Visit your Marketing Planner, and sign up for an available Auto Enroll Program. You’ll be enrolled for all future mailings in that program's mailing schedule, but you’ll be able to opt out of any mailings you want to – letting you pick and choose from the different promotions that make up that campaign.
- Step 2
Select your mailing list. Auto Enroll features multiple formats – direct mail, e-mail, e-brochures – and so can your mailing list. You can use the same list each time, or substitute a new list based on the Auto Enroll mailing.
- Step 3
Activate the Auto Enroll campaign, and be sure to check if your Network Sponsor has included Ad Funds to provide a special discount or incentive for you as part of this campaign.
Ad Funds for Auto Enroll
Your Network Sponsor can include Ad Funds as part of their Auto Enroll campaign. These incentives make it simple and cost effective to participate in Auto Enroll. Funds are automatically subtracted from your order total, and can be provided in the form of credits, discounts, or rebates. It’s like having someone else pay for your marketing.
